RESTORATION

Works to existing buildings include the Restoration of the National Heritage listed Plaza Salle des Fetes, the conversion of the Rose Belle sugar mill into the Centre Commercial du Vieux Moulin, and the conversion of the Happy World House into a primarily premium grade office building.
